Ingredients:
- 1/2 bag cranberries
- 8-10 kumquats, sliced into thin rounds
- 2 T. Raspberry Enlightenment
- 2 T. Splenda (or to taste)
- pinch Cake Spice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Cook on medium-low until the cranberries begin to pop (about 10 minutes?). You could eat this warm or cold.
